우리는 세 차원 세포 배양을위한 다공성 고분자 칩의 microfabrication 두 가지 프로세스를 제시한다. 첫 번째는 용매 증기 용접 공정과 결합 핫 엠보싱입니다. 두 번째는 생산의 중요한 단순화하기 위해 선도적인 이온 트랙 기술과 함께 최근에 개발된 microthermoforming 프로세스를 사용합니다.
