Eine Methode, um Morpholinos direkt liefern in der Zebrafisch otocyst bei 24hpf entwickelt worden. Mit Mikroinjektion von Morpholinos in das Lumen des otic Vesikel und Elektroporation, um das Eindringen Effekt, konnten wir die Wirkung von Morpholinos auf das Gehirn zu umgehen und erhalten Wirkungen, die spezifisch an das Innenohr.
