Verbetering van de apoptotische en autofagocytische Inductie door een nieuwe synthetische C-1-analoog van 7-deoxypancratistatin in de moedermelk Darmkanker en Neuroblastoom Cellen met Tamoxifen

We hebben gesynthetiseerd een nieuwe analoog van pancratistatin met vergelijkbare anti-kanker activiteit als native pancratistatin, interessant, combinatorische behandeling met tamoxifen leverde een drastische verbetering in de apoptotische en autofagocytische inductie door mitochondriale richten met minimale effecten op goedaardige fibroblasten. Zo kon JCTH-4 in combinatie met tamoxifen zorgen voor een veilige anti-kanker therapie.
