Downloading and renaming files.

The following files will download as plain text. They need to be copy/pasted into a text editor (e.g. notepad or TextEdit) and re-saved with the following file names:

G1assay_summary.pl
2_gate_classifier.pl
antibody_fluorescence_summary.pl
3_channels_pipeline.cppipe
analysis.r

Note that the filename extensions ('.pl' OR '.r' OR '.cppipe') are necessary for the files to associate with the correct software on following the instructions in the paper.
