Troubleshooting JoVE
Problem: Videos are not visible.
We apologize for the technical difficulties.
1. Uninstall Flash using the instructions at:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157
2. Re-install Flash at:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Problem: The video plays for 5 seconds and then stops.
This may be a Flash problem. Please try copying the following file:
WPSWF32.dll located in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash or NPSW32.dll located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed
Into the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins
and restart Firefox.
