Abstract
为避免乏味并痛苦的手工分离，gentleMAC™分离器能在可控制和重复的条件下有效分离组织。在这段视频中我们用gentleMACS™分离器和MACS™预分离过滤器从成年小鼠脾脏制备单一细胞悬浮液. 然后用MACSQuant通过流体细胞计数来评估分离组织的存活率。
