In sham animals, the needle is placed into the IVC and then removed, without application of the current.
How many minutes keep the needle in IVC?

No bleeding was observed in PAI-1 KO mice.
In order to mimic the experimental group, a needle was placed within the IVC for 15 minutes, without current administration in shams.
How about bleeding in the PAI mice group?
