Amelia J. Clark Department of Bioengineering, Faculty of Engineering Imperial College London Biography Publications Institution JoVE Articles Amelia J. Clark Amelia Clark is a PhD student in the Microbiome-Microscopy and Microfluidics laboratory based in the Department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London. Her research utilizes microfluidics to investigate fungal-microbial interactions at the cellular level. In particular, her research focuses on exploring water transport across mycelial networks and whether bacteria can travel along the hyphae of filamentous fungi. Prior to studying at Imperial College London, Amelia received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences and her Masters by Research in Biomedicine from the University of Reading.
