Garcia is a graduate student working on attaining her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University. She performs bioengineering related research under the advisement of her principal investigator Dr. Wei Li. As a first-generation college graduate, Celine holds two bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Chemical Engineering. As a former Ronald E. McNair scholar, she performed extensive undergraduate research in which she received several awards for her work.
