Postdoctoral Scholar

I earned my PhD in Biology at UC San Diego and am currently working remotely as a Biology Postdoc at Swarthmore College. My research is focused on validating planarians as an alternative animal model to study how chemicals (particularly organophosphorus pesticides) in our environment can interact with the developing brain and on understanding . I am passionate about establishing and validating new complementary alternatives to traditional mammalian testing.
