Kelsey Paulhus

Kelsey Paulhus is a PhD candidate in Dr. Edward Glasscock's lab at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She received her undergraduate and master’s degrees in biology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Throughout her training, Kelsey has focused her research on neurological diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, Spinocerebellar Ataxia, MeCP2 duplication syndrome, and her current work in the epilepsy field. Her dissertation project is examining how specific brain circuits may pathologically contribute to sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP).
