Min Kim received his B.Sc. degree in chemistry from KAIST in 2004. He completed his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in organic chemistry at KAIST under the guidance of Prof. Sukbok Chang. After his Ph.D., he was a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Prof. Seth M. Cohen at the University of California, San Diego (USA). He began his independent career at Chungbuk National University (South Korea) in 2012, where he is currently an associate professor in the Department of Chemistry. His research interests are primarily in the area of transition metal-catalyzed organic reactions (methodology) and the functionalization of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs).
