Dr. Peerzade earned Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Tufts (USA) University. During the doctoral training, he developed skills in fluorescence-based sensors, PEG/Folic acid conjugated fluorescent nanoparticles designed to target cancer, fluorescent iron oxide particles for magnetic hyperthermia application, microscopy and data science. He received BSc and BSc (Honours) in Nanotechnology from The University of Western Australia (Australia). Before joining Tufts, he worked on magnetic nanoparticles at The University of Western Australia.
