Srivatsan graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras. He also holds a diploma in Process Instrumentation and Control. He has over 20 years of experience as an editor in book publishing with publishing majors such as Oxford University Press and McGraw-Hill. He has successfully recruited, guided, and nurtured numerous academicians and researchers to transform their ideas into tangible published work.

During his free time, he loves listening to semi-classical music and reading non-fiction works relating to oriental philosophies, religion, epistemology, and social systems.
