The lower-limb kinematic data of 10 runners were collected using a three-dimensional motion capture system on a treadmill at the initial phase (0.5 km) and the terminal phase (5 km), respectively.

This protocol is a fast, simple and economical method to create consistent scratch wounds on a cell monolayer.
