The endothelial cells and pericytes are seeded on each side of an insert filter (blood compartment), and astrocytes are seeded in the bottom well (brain compartment). The model characterized was used for nanoparticles transport experiments. Neuroscience Slice Patch Clamp Technique for Analyzing Learning-Induced Plasticity Hiroyuki Kida1, Yuya Sakimoto1, Dai Mitsushima1 1Department of Physiology, Yamaguchi University Graduate School of Medicine The slice patch clamp technique is an effective method for analyzing learning-induced changes in the intrinsic properties and plasticity of excitatory or inhibitory synapses.
