重症急性膵炎患者に対する漢方薬の浣腸

肛門管を挿入するときは、口を開けて呼吸するように患者に指示し、肛門をリラックスさせ、肛門管のスムーズな挿入を促進します。次に、使い捨てキットのプラスチックホースで肛門管を30〜35センチメートル挿入します。ストッパークリップを開き、液体を15〜20分間ゆっくりと滴下します。
患者さんの状態に応じて滴下速度を調整してください。注入中は、常に患者の耐性を監視し、問い合わせてください。不快感や利便性がある場合は注入速度を調整し、必要に応じて注入を中止してください。.
プラスチックホースを抜管する前に、指先を肛門周囲の皮膚に置き、円を描くように前後に優しくこねて肛門の周りの筋肉をリラックスさせることで、一般的なトゥイナを行います。投与量が200ミリリットルを超えてはならない薬を投与した後、肛門管からプラスチックホースをクランプして取り外します。完了したら、肛門をガーゼで優しくこすることで患者が肛門周囲の皮膚を乾燥させるのを助け、患者が臀部を上げて快適な横臥位をとるのを助けます。
手術のいずれかの部分で、患者の脈拍の鈍さ、顔面の青白さ、冷たい発汗、激しい腹痛、または動悸がある場合は、直ちに停止して医師に連絡してください。重度の急性膵炎と診断された患者を、生のルバーブの液体抽出物を使用した伝統的な漢方療法である浣腸で治療した後、顕著な治療効果が観察されました。例えば、上腹部膨満と痛みを繰り返す84歳の女性患者では、血清アミラーゼは1リットルあたり35〜135単位の基準値と比較して、1リットルあたり509単位でした。
血清アミラーゼは、従来の西洋医学治療と一緒に2時間ごとに注腸治療を行った後、216単位/リットルに低下しました。同じ治療を続けるとレベルは1リットルあたり95単位に低下し、その後浣腸頻度は減少した。同様の効果が他の人にも見られました。
