Cette vidéo décrit le transfert western basé sur la chimiluminescence des lysats immunoprécipités. La technique aide à déterminer le traitement et l’activation des protéines. Le signal chimiluminescent détecté est proportionnel au niveau de traitement des protéines lors de son activation.
Les expériences sur les cellules T ont été réalisées conformément à l’accord éthique 42502-2-1273 Uni MD.
1. Préparation des cellules pour l’expérience
REMARQUE : Le nombre moyen de cellules pour cette immunoprécipitation est de 1 × 107. Les cellules adhérentes doivent être ensemencées un jour avant l’expérience de sorte qu’il y ait 1 × 107 cellules le jour de l’expérience.
