Abstract

Protocol
1。前期准备
- V -小瓶(5毫升)RV1(搅拌棒)是用来作为主要执行微波合成反应釜。它是连接到PEEK的适配器七进/出端口连接,放在里面的微波腔(见图2)。 RV2连接到SPE柱(一)收集的原油[18楼 ] SFB的。 RV3连接到SPE柱(二)收集的最后18架F] SFB的解决方案。它可以被放置在一个温水浴(40℃)前集中相应的解决方案,在PBS缓冲液中重组,尤其是对下游的放射性标记的生物分子。

8。代表性的成果:
