Protocol
Une correction a été apportée à la visualisation de la localisation d'ARN dans les ovocytes de Xénope . Il y avait une erreur dans l'étape 2 de la partie 1. Certains caractères dans le tableau réactifs ont les symboles incorrecte. Ceci a été corrigé à:
