Protocol
1。介绍

昆虫的发育时期是温度依赖的。为了促进再生分期幼虫和蛹,我们建议提高都飞股票在25°C下一个12 hr/12小时,光/暗周期。

1。幼虫眼成虫盘

3。成人眼

5。免疫组化
- 阻断:替换在PBST中并孵育视网膜上摇动器在室温下20分钟的5%正常血清用200μl的PBS。

Discussion
1。故障排除
