Abstract
Al igual que muchos animales acuáticos, pez cebra (Danio rerio) se mueve en un espacio 3D. Por tanto, es preferible utilizar un sistema de grabación 3D para estudiar su comportamiento. El sistema de seguimiento automático de vídeo presentado logra esto mediante el uso de un sistema de espejo y un procedimiento de calibración que corrige el error considerable introducida por la transición de la luz del agua al aire. Con este sistema es posible grabar tanto individual y grupos de adultos de pez cebra. Antes de usar, el sistema tiene que ser calibrado. El sistema consta de tres módulos: grabación, Reconstrucción Ruta y Procesamiento de Datos. Se presentan los protocolos de paso a paso para la calibración y el uso de los tres módulos. Dependiendo de la configuración experimental, el sistema puede ser utilizado para la neofobia de prueba, la aversión al blanco, la cohesión social, el compromiso motor, exploración novela objeto, etc. Es especialmente prometedora como una herramienta de primera etapa para estudiar los efectos de los fármacos o mutaciones en modelos de comportamiento básicos. Lasistema proporciona información sobre la distribución vertical y horizontal del pez cebra, sobre los xyz-componentes de parámetros cinemáticos (tales como la locomoción, la velocidad, la aceleración, y el ángulo de giro) y proporciona los datos necesarios para el cálculo de los parámetros de cohesiones sociales al probar los bajíos.
