ハイスループットマイクロ流体の迅速かつ低コストのプロトタイピング包装方法

Abstract

本研究では、3種類のパッケージングとアセンブリ技術が提示されています。一回限りの使用および再使用可能なパッケージング技術:彼らは、2つのカテゴリに分類することができる。

1回使用パッケージング技術は、電気的接続のためのUVベースおよび温度の穴にアクセスするためにマイクロチューブを接続するためにエポキシ樹脂を硬化、集積回路接続用のワイヤボンディング、及び銀エポキシを使用する。この方法は、1 PSIに近い比較的高い圧力をサポートすることができ、マイクロ流体アーキテクチャを強化する任意のサポートを必要としない堅牢な組立技術に基づいています。
