Protocol

检查和准备设备

  1. 麻醉大鼠腹腔注射氯胺酮(80mg/kg)和甲苯噻嗪(8mg/kg)(体积比为2:1)。
  2. 应用激光光凝前局部麻醉剂对大鼠眼睛下降0.5%alcaine。
  3. 大鼠的位置,并用弯钳暴露目标静脉。使用的脚步开始激光光凝。申请回合60点激光角膜缘静脉(鼻地区除外)和15-20激光点,在每个巩膜房水引流静脉周围。

激光光凝

Discussion
