Abstract

Introduction

Protocol
1. 细胞培养和样品制备
- 获取适当的细胞线 (例如, 真皮乳突细胞)。 注意: 目前的协议已被设计为黏附细胞, 与大鼠真皮乳成纤维细胞分离的触须用作模型.
- 培养含有最低必需培养基 (记忆) 和 #945 的 T-75 烧瓶中的细胞; 辅以10% 胎牛血清和1% 青霉素链霉素。保持细胞在标准培养条件下37和 #176; C 和 5% CO 2 在湿化环境中, 直到它们达到80% 汇合.
