Wir haben eine neue Analogon Pancratistatin mit vergleichbaren Anti-Krebs-Aktivität als native Pancratistatin synthetisiert; Interessanterweise ergab kombinatorische Behandlung mit Tamoxifen eine drastische Steigerung der Apoptose und Autophagie-Induktion durch mitochondriale Targeting mit minimalen Auswirkungen auf noncancerous Fibroblasten.
