We presenteren de procedure om een zaadhuid beddengoed assay (SCBA) monteren van Arabidopsis thaliana zaden. De MKBA bleek een krachtig instrument genetisch en in vitro onderzoeken worden hoe het endosperm controles zaadkieming slapende zaden en in reactie op licht signalen.
