Un protocole de pull-down ARN est optimisée ici pour la détection d'interactions entre les protéines liant l'ARN (RBP) et non codantes ainsi que ARNs codant. Un fragment d'ARN du récepteur des androgènes (AR) a été utilisé comme un exemple pour montrer comment récupérer son RBP de lysat des adipocytes bruns primaires.
