Présenté est un protocole pour l’expansion du produit médicamenteux Gamma-Delta (γδ) T cell. Les lymphocytes sont isolés par élutriation et enrichis en γδ en acide zolédronique et en interleukine-2. Les lymphocytes T alpha-bêta sont épuisés à l’aide d’un dispositif de séparation magnétique de qualité clinique.
