Vi præsenterer en protokol for effektiv, bulk og hurtige kemiske reversion af konventionelle afstamning-pulverlak humane pluripotente stamceller (hPSC) ind i en epigenomically-stabil naive præimplantations epiblast-lignende pluripotente tilstand.
