Bone Structure

داخل الهيكل العظمي يمكننا توضيح تركيب العظام أو النسيج العظمي عن طريق النظر إلى عظمة طويلة مثل عظمة الفخذ حيث يوجد نوعان من الأنسجة العظمية،القشري والإسفنجي. ويكسو العظم القشري أو العظم المكتنز،غشاء يسمي السمحاق،والذي يحتوي على نسيج ضام وشعيرات دموية وأعصاب. وتكّون الطبقة المكتنزة الخارجية المجاورة الموجودة بطول الجدل،قصبة العظم،غلاف كثيف واقٍحول قناة النقي،وهو التجويف الذي يُخزن النقي الأصفر،الذي يتكون بصفة أساسية من خلايا دهنية.وهذه المساحة مُغطاة أيضاًببطانة رقيقة،السمحاق الباطن،التي يحدث بداخلها نمو العظم وإعادة بنائه وإصلاحه. وبداخل الطبقة المكتنزة يوجد العظمون،وحدات بنائية مُرتبة في حلقات متحدة المركز تسمى الصفاحات والتي تحتوي على خلايا التعظم،وهي خلايا مهمة للغاية من أجل تكوين العظم ونموه. وتنضج هذه الخلايا في النهاية لتصبح خلايا عظمية داخل الفراغ المجوف،الجوبة.ويمر نفق هافيرس عبر كل عظمون،وهو يحتوي على المزيد من الأوعية الدموية والأوعية الليمفاوية وكذلك يحتوي على ألياف عصبية. وفي اتجاه النهايات الدائرية للعظم الطويل،نجد المُشاش،وهو النوع الثاني من النسيج العظمي المعروف بالعظم الإسفنجي. وتتكون هذه الطبقة الداخلية من شبكة من الترابيق تشبه خلية النحل،مرتبة في مجموعات تتكون بطول خطوط نقاط الضغط للوصول بالقوة إلى الحد الأقصى مع الحد الأدنى للكتلة.وبين المسام الترابيقية يوجد النقي الأحمر،الذي يتكون من الخلايا الجذعية المكونة للدم التي تتحول إلى كرات دم بيضاء وكرات دم حمراء وصفائح دموية والتي تدخل في نهاية المطاف داخل الجهاز الدوري والجهاز الليمفاوي.

هيكل العظام

داخل نظام الهيكل العظمي ، يمكن تمثيل بنية العظم ، أو النسيج العظمي ، في العظم الطويل ، مثل عظم الفخذ ، حيث يوجد نوعان من النسيج العظمي: قشري وإسفنجي.

<h4>العظم القشري</h4>

يغطي العظم القشري ، أو العظم المضغوط ، غشاء يسمى السمحاق ، والذي يحتوي على النسيج الضام والشعيرات الدموية والأعصاب. الطبقة الخارجية الصلبة _ وجدت على طول الجدل ، العمود _ تشكل قشرة واقية كثيفة حول القناة النخاعية _ التجويف الذي يخزن نخاع العظام الأصفر ، ويتكون أساساً من الخلايا الدهنية. هذه المساحة مغطاة أيضاً بطبقة رقيقة _ بطانة العظم التي يحدث فيها نمو العظام وإعادة تشكيلها وإصلاحها.

داخل الطبقة الكثيفة من العظم القشري توجد وحدات هيكلية _ مرتبة في حلقات متحدة المركز تسمى صفائح ، والتي تحتوي على بانيات العظم _ الخلايا الضرورية لتكوين العظام ونموها. تنضج هذه الخلايا في النهاية لتصبح خلايا عظمية في الفضاء المجوف ، الثغرة. من خلال مركز كل عظم ، تمر قناة هافيرسيان ، التي تحتوي على المزيد من الأوعية الدموية واللمفاوية ، وكذلك الألياف العصبية.

<h4>العظم الإسفنجي</h4>

نحو الأطراف المستديرة للعظم الطويل ، المشاش هو النوع الثاني من الأنسجة العظمية ، والمعروف باسم العظم الشبكي أو الإسفنجي. تتكون هذه الطبقة الداخلية من شبكة تشبه قرص العسل من الترابيق _ ترتيبات مجمعة تتشكل على طول خطوط نقاط الضغط لزيادة القوة مع الحد الأدنى من الكتلة. يوجد بين كل مسام تربيقي نخاع عظم أحمر ، والذي يحتوي على خلايا جذعية مكونة للدم تتحول الى خلايا الدم الحمراء والبيضاء والصفائح الدموية ، التي تدخل في النهاية الدورة الدموية والجهاز الليمفاوي.

Inside a long bone, osseous tissue is organized into two main types: cortical bone and cancellous bone. A femur is a clear example of this structure. The bone also includes outer coverings and inner spaces that support growth, repair, and blood cell production.

Cortical bone, also called compact bone, forms the dense outer layer along the diaphysis, or shaft. It is covered by the periosteum, a membrane with connective tissue, capillaries, and nerves. Beneath the cortical layer is the medullary canal, a cavity that stores yellow bone marrow, which is made mainly of fat cells. This space is lined by the endosteum, where bone growth, remodeling, and repair take place.

Within cortical bone are osteons, the structural units of compact bone. Each osteon is arranged in concentric rings called lamellae and contains osteoblasts, which are important for bone formation and growth. As these cells mature, they become osteocytes in small spaces called lacunae. A Haversian canal runs through the center of each osteon and carries blood and lymphatic vessels, along with nerve fibers.

Toward the rounded ends of the long bone, or epiphyses, is cancellous bone, also called spongy bone. This inner layer has a honeycomb-like network of trabeculae that line up along stress points to give strength with less mass. The spaces between the trabeculae contain red bone marrow, which has hematopoietic stem cells that develop into red and white blood cells and platelets before entering the circulatory and lymphatic systems.
