理想二极管是一种非线性电路元件,其阳极为正极,阴极为负极。

当施加负电压时,没有电流流过。这种情况称为反向偏置或截止状态,此时二极管相当于一个开路电路。

如果施加正电压,二极管将表现为一个电压降为零的短路电路。这种状态称为正向偏置或导通状态。

理想二极管表现出分段线性特性 -V 具有两条相互垂直的直线段的特征。

与理想二极管不同,实际二极管在正向偏置时存在微小的电压降,且在反向偏置时具有非零的漏电流。

整流电路中使用的理想二极管可将交流电转换为直流电。在输入正弦波的正半周期间,二极管导通,输出电压等于输入电压。
