Neta Waisman is the head of the Periodicals department at the Younes & Soraya Nazarian Library, University of Haifa, Israel. Ms. Waisman is active in many professional organizations in Israel and sits on the local consortium acquisition advisory committee. She is highly interested in issues such as access to information, open landscapes, library role in transformed acquisition agreements, and engagement with authors and researchers. She holds a Master’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Haifa.
