Stellen Sie sich einen Auslegerkran mit einer externen Last von der Riemenscheibe vor.
Wenn die Abmessungen der Kranelemente bekannt sind, wie hoch sind die Reaktionskräfte an den Bolzengelenken, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Riemenscheiben reibungsfrei sind?
Bei dem System handelt es sich um eine Rahmenstruktur, bestehend aus einem Zwei-Kraft-Stab BD und einem Mehrkraft-Stab ABC.
Unter Berücksichtigung eines Freikörperdiagramms und unter Anwendung der Kraftgleichgewichtsbedingungen für den unteren Flaschenzugabschnitt kann die Spannung im Seil ermittelt werden.
Unter Berücksichtigung des Punktes C ist die Spannung im vertikalen Seil nach unten gerichtet, während sie beim horizontalen Kabel auf die Verbindung A gerichtet ist.
In der Stab-DB kann die Kraft FBD mit Hilfe eines Steigungsdreiecks ausgedrückt werden.
Der Momentengleichgewichtszustand am Gelenk A ergibt die Kraft entlang BD.
Unter Anwendung der Kraftgleichgewichtsbedingungen werden die horizontalen und vertikalen Reaktionskräfte am Gelenk A berechnet.
Unter Berücksichtigung des Freikörperdiagramms für den Stab BD können nun die Kraftgleichgewichtsbedingungen am Gelenk D angewendet werden, um die horizontalen und vertikalen Reaktionskräfte bei D zu erhalten.

Betrachten Sie einen Auslegerkran mit einer externen Last, die am Seil hängt. Die Abmessungen der Kranteile sind in der Abbildung dargestellt. Das System besteht aus zwei Hauptbauteilen: einem Zweikraftglied BD und einem Mehrkraftglied ABC. Das Zweikraftglied BD bezieht sich auf ein gerades Element, das nur an seinen beiden Enden B und D Kräften ausgesetzt ist, ohne dass zusätzliche Kräfte entlang seiner Länge wirken. Diese Kräfte haben die gleiche Größe, aber entgegengesetzte Richtung, sodass das Bauteil entweder rein in Zug- oder Druckbelastung steht. Auf der anderen Seite ist das Mehrkraftglied ABC mehreren Kräften entlang seiner Länge ausgesetzt. Diese Kräfte können externe Lasten, Reaktionskräfte an den Gelenken und die durch das Seil ausgeübte Kraft umfassen. Aufgrund der Vielzahl von Kräften, die auf das Bauteil ABC einwirken, stellt es eine komplexere Spannungsverteilung im Vergleich zum einfacheren Zweikraftglied BD dar.

Bezüglich des unteren Rollenteils gleicht das Gewicht der Last der Spannung in den Seilen aus, sodass für jedes Seil eine nach oben gerichtete Spannung von 10 kN entsteht. Betrachtet man nun den oberen Rollenteil, so ist die Spannung T im vertikalen Seil nach unten gerichtet, während sie für das horizontale Seil auf den Punkt A zeigt. Die Spannung im vertikalen Seil beträgt ebenfalls 10 kN, da es Teil des kontinuierlichen Seilsystems ist.
Im Bauteil DB kann die Kraft FBD mithilfe eines Steigungsdreiecks in ihre horizontalen und vertikalen Komponenten zerlegt werden. Die Momentengleichgewichtsbedingung am Punkt A gives FBD ergibt eine Kraft FBD von 50 kN.
Die Bedingung des horizontalen Kräftegleichgewichts kann auf den Punkt A angewendet werden.

Jib crane reaction forces in frames are found by analyzing the pin joints, the cable tension, and the load carried by the pulley. The structure in this problem has an external load suspended from the pulley, and the member sizes are shown in the figure. Because the pulleys are frictionless, the force balance can be worked out step by step.

The frame has two main parts. Member BD is a two-force member, which means it is a straight part loaded only at its two ends, D and B. Those end forces are equal in size and opposite in direction, so the member is in either tension or compression. Member ABC is a multi-force member, so it carries more than two forces along its length. These forces include the pin reactions, the external load, and the cable force, which makes its stress state more complex.

The lower pulley section shows that the load weight is balanced by the cable tension. That gives an upward tension of 10 kN in each cable. In the upper pulley section, the tension T in the vertical cable points downward, while the horizontal cable tension points toward joint A. The vertical cable tension is also 10 kN because it is part of the same continuous cable system.

To solve member DB, the force FBD is split into horizontal and vertical parts with a slope triangle. A moment balance at joint A gives FBD as 50 kN. The horizontal force balance at A then uses the lengths AB and AC and the pulley radius at C to confirm this value. From that balance, the reaction at A is 40 kN in the horizontal direction, and the vertical reaction at A is -20 kN. The force balance at joint D gives the reaction forces there as -30 kN horizontally and 40 kN vertically.
