1. 準備

2. 患者はガウンに変更し、血圧や他のバイタル サインを取得する前に、少なくとも 5 分の休息であることを確認します。
3. クロス、床が休んで自分の足で快適に座る患者を求めます。
4. 聴診器、血圧計の準備ができているがあります。
5. BP 袖口 (カフのインデックス ラインがマーク腕まわりの範囲内に収まるように手足を包んだ) ときの適切なサイズを確認します。小さなカフが測定値を偽って昇格し、誤診する可能性があります。
