吹付コンクリート

吹付コンクリートは、セメント含有量の多いモルタルまたは小骨材コンクリートを高速で表面に吹き付ける特殊な技術です。吹付時の衝撃によって材料が圧縮され、垂れ下がることなく垂直面や天井部の領域に密着します。この技術では、厚さが約 10.16 cm に達するまで、段階的に吹付コンクリートを積層します。吹付コンクリートの品質を決定するには、ノズル管理における職人のスキルが極めて重要です。吹付コンクリートは、トンネルのライニング、シェル屋根および平屋根、プレストレストコンクリートタンクの建設、斜面の安定化、プールの建設、劣化したコンクリート構造物の修復に使用されます。


 吹付けコンクリートの施工には、主に乾式混合と湿式混合の 2 つの方法があります。乾式混合法では、まずセメントと湿った骨材を混ぜます。次に、この混合物をフィーダーに入れ、圧縮空気でホースを通して送り出します。供給ノズルに到達すると、加圧水が乾式混合コンクリートに加えられ、湿式コンクリートに変化して構造物に吹き付けられます。一方、湿式混合法では、送出システムに投入する前に、水を含むすべての材料を事前に混合します。この事前に混合された湿式コンクリートは、ホースを通して空気圧でノズルに送られ、ノズルで圧縮空気が注入されて吹付けコンクリートを表面に塗布する力が強化されます。

Shotcrete

Shotcrete is a concrete spraying method used on vertical and overhead surfaces. It uses mortar or small aggregate concrete with a high cement content. The material is sprayed at high velocity, and the impact helps compact it so it can cling without sagging.

Builders place shotcrete in layers until it reaches about 4 inches thick. The quality depends strongly on the operator’s skill in managing the nozzle. Careful nozzle control helps the material land evenly and build up properly.

Shotcrete is used for tunnel linings, shell and flat roofs, pre-stressed concrete tanks, slope stabilization, swimming pools, and repairing damaged concrete structures. These uses show why the method is useful for both new construction and restoration.

There are two main application methods: dry mix and wet mix. In dry mix, cement is first combined with moist aggregate, then sent through a hose by compressed air. Water is added at the nozzle, which turns the mix into wet concrete just before it is sprayed.

In wet mix, all ingredients, including water, are blended before they enter the delivery system. The pre-mixed wet concrete is moved pneumatically through a hose to the nozzle. There, compressed air is injected to increase the force of application onto the surface.
