溶液の調製は、世界中ほぼ全ての生物学、化学実験において必須となる手順です。
溶液とは液体中に物質が溶解したものです。その溶解した物質のことを溶質、その他の液体部分を溶媒と呼びます。そして最終的にできた均一混合物を溶液と呼びます。
溶液は、濃度で表すことができます。濃度とは単位体積の溶液中に含まれる溶質の量です。
溶液の調製は基本的な実験手技ですが、この操作の正確性が実験の成功と失敗の分かれ目ともなります。
溶液調製時には安全性を第一に考えましょう。グローブや実験着の着用など、取り扱う化学薬品に応じて適切な予防措置を取って下さい。
