FRP Materials Under Stretching Load

Fiber-reinforced polymeric materials, or FRP materials, are composite materials made of long fibers embedded in a polymer resin. The fibers are arranged in aligned, parallel directions. This gives the material orthotropic behavior, which means it responds differently depending on the direction of the load.

섬유 강화 고분자 재료(FRP)는 고분자 수지에 섬유를 내장하여 섬유 방향으로 매우 강한 매트릭스를 만들어 형성되는 복합 재료입니다.

가장 단순한 형태로, FRP 재료의 섬유는 한 방향으로 질서 정연하게 정렬되고 수지로 둘러싸여 재료가 직교 이방성으로 거동합니다. 이러한 재료의 기계적 특성은 다른 두 가지 기본 방향과 비교하여 섬유 방향에서 매우 다릅니다.

FPR 재료는 섬유의 강도가 높기 때문에 섬유 방향으로 매우 강하며 섬유가 파절될 때까지 탄력적으로 작용하고 재료가 폭발적인 방식으로 실패합니다. 그러나, 물질은 수지의 강도가 매우 낮기 때문에 수직 방향에서 매우 약합니다.
