대부분의 에너지가 좁은 주파수 대역에 집중되어 있는 신호를 대역통과 신호라고 합니다. 이러한 신호를 샘플링하는 데 사용되는 기술을 대역통과 샘플링이라고 합니다.
신호의 스펙트럼은 대역폭보다 큰 더 낮은 주파수 제한 ω1을 갖습니다.
스펙트럼은 정의된 하위 및 상위 주파수 대역 내에서 0이 아닙니다.
시간 영역 신호에 임펄스 열(impulse train)을 곱하면 샘플링된 신호가 생성됩니다.
샘플링된 신호의 스펙트럼은 2π에 걸쳐 신호의 스펙트럼을 임펄스 트레인 스펙트럼과 컨벌루션하여 얻습니다.
이 컨볼루션으로 인해 신호의 스펙트럼이 2π/T의 주기로 주기적으로 반복됩니다.
T가 증가하면 반복 사이의 간격이 줄어듭니다. 앨리어싱(aliasing)은 이러한 반복되는 스펙트럼이 겹칠 때 발생합니다.
앨리어싱은 반복되는 스펙트럼 사이의 간격이 신호의 대역폭보다 크고 최대값 T를 사용하여 방지할 수 있습니다. 
특정 상수와 주파수가 있는 필터는 원하는 범위 내에서 주파수를 전달합니다.

대역 통과 샘플링

신호 처리에서 대역 통과 샘플링은 에너지가 좁은 주파수 대역에 집중된 신호를 샘플링하는 효과적인 기술입니다. 이러한 유형의 신호를 대역 통과 신호라고 합니다. 대역 통과 샘플링의 핵심 원리는 앨리어싱을 방지하기 위해 신호 대역폭의 두 배보다 큰 속도로 신호를 샘플링하는 것입니다.

대역 통과 신호는 하한 주파수, ω_1와 상한 주파수 ω_2의 스펙트럼을 갖습니다. 스펙트럼은 이 특정 주파수 범위 내에서만 비제로입니다. 이 신호를 샘플링하기 위해, 시간 영역 신호에 임펄스 트레인을 곱하여 샘플링된 신호를 생성합니다. 이 샘플링된 신호의 스펙트럼은 신호의 원래 스펙트럼과 임펄스 트레인의 스펙트럼을 2π 범위에서 합성하여 얻습니다. 이 합성 과정에서 신호의 스펙트럼이 2π/T 주기로 주기적으로 반복되며, 여기서 T는 샘플링 간격입니다. T가 증가하면 반복된 스펙트럼 사이의 간격이 감소합니다.

반복되는 스펙트럼이 겹치는 현상, 앨리어싱을 방지하려면 반복되는 스펙트럼 사이의 간격이 신호 대역폭보다 충분히 커야 합니다. 이를 위해서는 T의 최대값을 신중하게 선택해야 하여, 반복되는 스펙트럼 사이에 적절한 간격을 유지해야 합니다.

실제로는 필터가 사용되어 원하는 범위 내의 주파수를 분리하여 통과시킵니다. 이러한 필터는 좁은 대역 내의 주파수만 통과시키도록 설계되며, 특정 상수와 주파수를 가지고 있어 앨리어싱을 방지하는 동시에 원래 신호의 무결성을 유지할 수 있습니다. 이 과정은 왜곡 없이 신호를 정확하게 샘플링하고 재구성하도록 보장합니다.

Bandpass Sampling

Bandpass sampling is a signal processing method for signals whose energy is concentrated in a narrow frequency band. Such a signal is called a bandpass signal. The method works when the sampling rate is greater than twice the signal bandwidth, which helps prevent aliasing.

A bandpass signal has a spectrum with a lower limit, ω1, and an upper limit, ω2. Its spectrum is nonzero only between those two frequencies. To sample it, the time-domain signal is multiplied by an impulse train. This creates a sampled signal with repeating spectra.

The sampled signal spectrum is found by convolving the original spectrum with the spectrum of the impulse train over a range of 2π. That convolution makes the spectrum repeat periodically, with a period of 2π/T, where T is the sampling interval. As T increases, the repeated spectra move closer together.

Aliasing happens when those repeated spectra overlap. To avoid it, the spacing between the repeated spectra must stay greater than the signal bandwidth. That means the maximum value of T has to be chosen carefully so the spectra remain separated.

In practice, filters help isolate the desired narrow band. These filters use specific constants and frequencies so only the needed frequencies pass through. This keeps the original signal intact and allows accurate sampling and reconstruction without distortion.
