Prof. Dr. Songbai Liu is head of Suzhou Key Laboratory of Medical Biotechnology and one of the research direction Leaders in Jiangsu Province Engineering Research Center of Molecular Target Therapy and Companion Diagnostics in Oncology. His main research interests are mechanistic studies on tumorigenesis and drug resistance, DNA damage events as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis, and targeted inhibitor screening.He is also the Jiangsu Province “Qinglan Program” Academic Leader, Jiangsu Province “333 Program” High-Level Talent, and Jiangsu Province Youth High-level Medical Talent. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Molecular and Clinical Oncology, BIOCELL, Medicine International and a guest reviewer editor of Frontiers in Oncology. He has published more than 60 academic papers and received 21 granted patents.
