Так, за счет использования обратной связи, система быстро восстанавливается после нарушения до заданного значения.
Однако они более сложны в сборке и, как правило, имеют более высокую стоимость и мощность из-за использования большего количества компонентов.

 Системы управления с открытым и закрытым контуром

Системы управления являются основополагающими элементами в автоматизации и проектировании. Они широко подразделяются на системы с открытым и закрытым контуром. Эти классификации зависят от наличия или отсутствия механизмов обратной связи, что существенно влияет на производительность, сложность и применение системы.

Система управления с открытым контуром работает без обратной связи с выходом. Она состоит из двух основных элементов: контроллера и контролируемого процесса. Контроллер получает входной сигнал и управляет процессом для достижения желаемого результата. Важно отметить, что системы с открытым контуром функционируют независимо от выхода, что означает отсутствие автоматической коррекции на основе производительности системы. Типичным примером системы с открытым контуром является стиральная машина, которая работает по предопределенному временному циклу. Она не корректирует свою работу на основе чистоты одежды, что подчеркивает отсутствие обратной связи. Системы с открытым контуром выгодны в сценариях, где точное измерение выхода либо непрактично, либо экономически нецелесообразно. Они, как правило, проще и менее затратны в проектировании и обслуживании благодаря своей простой архитектуре.

Напротив, замкнутые, или системы управления с обратной связью включают один или несколько контуров обратной связи, которые непрерывно контролируют выход и соответствующим образом корректируют вход для поддержания желаемой производительности. Такая конфигурация значительно повышает точность и отзывчивость. Например, в замкнутой системе управления холостым ходом, используемой в автомобильных двигателях, система постоянно контролирует скорость холостого хода и сравнивает ее с желаемой скоростью. Если обнаруживается несоответствие, система регулирует угол дроссельной заслонки для коррекции скорости. Этот механизм обратной связи позволяет системе быстро восстанавливаться после возмущений и поддерживать заданное значение, обеспечивая стабильную производительность.

Несмотря на их превосходную точность и способность справляться с возмущениями, замкнутые системы по своей сути более сложны. Им требуются дополнительные компоненты для мониторинга и обратной связи, что увеличивает сложность конструкции, стоимость и энергопотребление. Выбор между системами с открытым и замкнутым контуром зависит от конкретных требований приложения, включая необходимость в точности, осуществимость измерения выходных данных и экономические соображения.

Control systems are key parts of automation and engineering. They are usually grouped into open-loop and closed-loop systems. The difference depends on whether the output is fed back to the controller.

An open-loop control system works without feedback from the output. It has two main parts: the controller and the controlled process. The controller receives an input signal and drives the process to reach the desired result. Because it does not check the output, the system does not correct itself automatically.

A washing machine that runs for a preset time is a common open-loop example. It keeps running on the set cycle and does not measure how clean the clothes are. Open-loop systems are useful when measuring the output is difficult or too expensive. They are also simpler and cheaper to design and maintain.

A closed-loop control system, also called a feedback control system, uses one or more feedback loops. These loops monitor the output and adjust the input to keep the system near the desired value. This feedback improves accuracy and responsiveness.

An automotive idle-speed control system is a clear example of a closed-loop system. It monitors engine idle speed and compares it with the target speed. If the speed changes, the system adjusts the throttle angle to correct it. This helps the system recover quickly from disturbances and keep a steady preset value.

Closed-loop systems are more complex than open-loop systems. They need extra parts for monitoring and feedback, which can increase design complexity, cost, and power use. The best choice depends on the application’s needs, including precision, whether the output can be measured, and cost.
