На участке имеется штабель бетонных кирпичных блоков номинальными размерами 8 дюймов в ширину и глубину и 16 дюймов в длину, используемый для строительства склада.
Инженер должен спроектировать кладовую таким образом, чтобы блоки длиной 16 дюймов были точно размещены в стенах без необходимости разрезать блоки.
Размеры комнаты в плане составляют 12 футов в длину и 8 футов в ширину, если измерять от внешних углов.
Фактические размеры блока немного меньше номинальных. Размеры блока и толщина раствора вместе дают длину 16 дюймов.
Теперь для более длинного размера стены требуется ровно 9 блоков, а для более короткого – 6.
При таком расположении внутренние размеры комнаты становятся 10 футов 8 дюймов в более длинном направлении и 6 футов 8 дюймов в более коротком направлении.
Такая практика позволяет избежать резки блоков и обеспечивает более быстрое строительство и идеальную отделку.

Пример проектирования: определение размеров конструкции из бетонной кладки

Для строительства склада с использованием бетонных блоков необходимо согласовать размеры конструкции с фактическими размерами блоков и предполагаемыми растворными швами. На рассматриваемом участке имеется запас бетонных блоков номинальным размером 20,32 х 20,32 х 40,64 см, которые предполагается использовать при строительстве склада.

Инженер-строитель составил план складского помещения с внешними размерами 3,66 метра в длину и 2,44 метра в ширину. Для соответствия этим размерам в плане указано использование девяти блоков в продольном направлении и шести блоков в ширину. Однако, фактический размер каждого блока составляет 19,37 сантиметра в высоту и 39,37 сантиметра в длину с допуском 0,95 сантиметра на растворный шов. В сочетании с раствором это даст эффективную длину блока 40,64 сантиметра.

Этот расчет гарантирует, что при укладке встык блоки заполнят запланированные размеры без необходимости резки, что способствует более быстрому процессу строительства и достижению высококачественной отделки. Соответственно, внутренние размеры стен склада будут составлять 3 метра 25 сантиметрова в длину и 2 метра 3 сантиметра в ширину после завершения строительства. Такой методический подход к использованию материалов обеспечивает эффективность строительства и эстетичный результат для складского помещения.
