Deborah Bauer Department of Neuroscience Wellesley College Biography Publications Institution JoVE Articles Deborah Bauer Deborah Bauer is a Senior Lecturer at Wellesley College in the Department of Neuroscience. She received her B.A. in Neuroscience from Wellesley College and received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. She performed her postdoctoral studies in the laboratory of Dr. Michael Robinson at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, funded by the Penn-Port IRACDA program at the University of Pennsylvania. At Wellesley, Dr. Bauer's research centers around the role of glutamate transporters in C. elegans behavior, metabolism, and lifespan.
