This article outlines the biomechanical modeling of arteries from Optical Coherence Tomography using fluid-structure interaction techniques in a commercial finite element solver to help predict this progression.

This mouse model of CRC hepatic metastasis represents a useful tool to study tumor-stroma interactions and develop novel stroma-directed therapeutics such as adeno-associated virus-mediated gene therapies.
