Summary

Introduction

Protocol
1.设置系统

2. EFPA系统初始化和光学校正

3. TIRPAS技术

4. PAS / TIRPAS折光

5. OTPAS
- 放置2.5微升浸油(指数匹配使用的玻璃的类型)的在棱镜的中心。
- 放置膜或基底被测试膜侧(远离棱镜),并确保没有气泡被放置期间形成。

Representative Results
