User Experience

User experience (UX) is the overall set of perceptions, emotions, and responses people develop while interacting with a product, service, website, or brand, making it central to how audiences evaluate and engage with an offering. UX design improves these interactions through user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interface design, and usability testing, which identify friction and support iterative refinement across customer touchpoints. In marketing, a well-designed experience can clarify value, strengthen brand trust, improve accessibility, and make desired actions such as purchasing, subscribing, or returning easier. UX therefore links audience needs with business goals and provides measurable insights for more effective customer engagement.
