نقدم تقنية معدلة بعدم اللمس (MNTT) لإنشاء ناسور شرياني وريدي رأسي مشع (RC-AVF) حيث يتجنب الجدار الوريدي والشرياني إزالة الأوعية الدموية ولا ينقطع الشريان الكعبري.
