Biography

Sun Baoqing, third-level professor, researcher, doctoral supervisor, member of National Health Science Popular Science Expert Database, Guangzhou high-level medical key talents, "Nanshan Scholar" third-level outstanding talents. Director of Office of Respiratory Health Research Institute, Director of Guangdong Zhong Nanshan Medical Foundation, PI of State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Diseases.

She engaged in clinical diagnosis, scientific research and teaching for more than 20 years, and her main research interests include allergen flux regulation and lung immunity monitoring. A biological resource sample database of allergic diseases and the epidemiological clinical data platform have been established to carry out big data mining and disease epidemiological research. Clinical samples are used for quantitative analysis of genomics, proteomics and metabolomics to carry out prospective incidence risk investigation of allergic diseases and analysis of various pathogenic risk factors, to diagnose, differentiate, evaluate prognosis and predict disease progression of clinical diseases, to provide innovative molecular biomarker detection technology for early diagnosis of diseases, and to carry out industrial, academic and research studies on allergens.

She has published more than 100 SCI international medical papers and Chinese core research papers as the first author or corresponding author in medical journals. Presided over and undertaken a number of scientific research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the provincial and ministerial level. Chief editor of medical popular science books such as Allergies in a Simple Way, Diary of Different Spring and so on.
