Biography

I got my Ph.D degree in the department of Anatomy and Neuroscience in Indiana University School of Medicine and have performed research in cell transplantation and growth factor-mediated axonal regeneration and functional recovery following spinal cord injury. I has been well trained with strong technical expertise in spinal cord injury animal models, cell culture methods, cell transplantation, histology and immunohistochemistry, and behavior studies, using viral tool for neural tract tracing.Currently my research focuses on promoting the improvement of bladder function after spinal cord injury.
