&#x5728; VO&#x2082; &#x8584;&#x819C;&#x7684;&#x6EB6;&#x80F6;-&#x51DD;&#x80F6;&#x6CD5;&#x4E2D;&#x592A;&#x8D6B;&#x5179;&#x8303;&#x56F4;&#x5185;&#x7684;&#x5DE8;&#x578B;&#x9636;&#x6BB5;&#x8FC7;&#x6E21;&#x5C5E;&#x6027;&#x3002;

VO(2) films were fabricated on high-purity single-crystalline silicon substrate by the sol-gel method, followed by rapid annealing. The composition and microstructure of the films were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results indicated a polycrystalline nature with high crystallinity and compact nanostructure for the films, and the concentration of +4 valence vanadium is 79.85%. Correlated with these, a giant transmission modulation ratio about 81% of the film was observed by terahertz time domain spectroscopy. The experimentally observed transmission characteristics were reproduced approximately, by a simulation at different conductivities across the phase transition. According to the effective-medium theory, we assumed that it is important to increase the concentration of +4 valence vanadium oxide phases and improve the compactness of the VO(2) films for giant phase transition properties. The sol-gel-derived VO(2) films with giant phase transition properties at terahertz range, and the study on their composition and microstructure, provide considerable insight into the fabrication of VO(2) films for the application in THz modulation devices.

Giant phase transition properties at terahertz range in VOâ‚‚ films deposited by sol-gel method.

VO (2) ont &#xE9;t&#xE9; fabriqu&#xE9;s sur des films de haute puret&#xE9; substrat de silicium monocristallin par le proc&#xE9;d&#xE9; sol-gel, suivi par un recuit rapide. La composition et la microstructure des films ont &#xE9;t&#xE9; &#xE9;tudi&#xE9;es par spectroscopie des rayons X des photo&#xE9;lectrons (XPS), diffraction des rayons X (XRD), &#xE0; &#xE9;mission de champ microscopie &#xE9;lectronique &#xE0; balayage (FE-SEM), et la microscopie &#xE0; force atomique (AFM). Les r&#xE9;sultats indiqu&#xE9;s caract&#xE8;re polycristallin ayant une cristallinit&#xE9; &#xE9;lev&#xE9;e et nanostructure compact pour les films, et la concentration de vanadium est de valence +4 79,85%. Die Ergebnisse zeigten eine polykristalline Natur mit hoher Kristallinit&auml;t und kompakte Nanostruktur f&uuml;r die Filme und die Konzentration von + 4 Valenz-Vanadium ist 79.85 %. Korreliert mit diesen, wurde eine riesige Modulation &Uuml;bersetzungsverh&auml;ltnis rund 81 % des Films von Terahertz-Time-Domain-Spektroskopie beobachtet. Die experimentell beobachteten &Uuml;bertragungseigenschaften wurden etwa, durch eine Simulation an verschiedene Leitf&auml;higkeiten &uuml;ber den Phasen&uuml;bergang reproduziert. Nach der effektiven-Medium-Theorie sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es wichtig erh&ouml;hen die Konzentration von + 4 Valenz Vanadium Oxid Phasen und verbessern die Kompaktheit der VO(2) Filme f&uuml;r Riesen Phase &Uuml;bergangseigenschaften. Die Sol-Gel-abgeleitete VO(2) Folien mit riesigen Phase &Uuml;bergangseigenschaften bei Terahertz-Bereich und die Studie &uuml;ber deren Zusammensetzung und Mikrostruktur, einen erheblichen Einblick in die Herstellung VO(2) Folien f&uuml;r die Anwendung im THz-Modulation-Ger&auml;te.

Eigenschaften der Riese Phase &Uuml;bergang im Terahertz-Bereich in VO&#x2082; Filmen hinterlegt von Sol-Gel-Methode.

VO(2) film furono fabbricate su substrato di silicio cristallino-singolo di elevata purezza dal metodo sol-gel, seguito da ricottura rapida. La composizione e la microstruttura delle pellicole sono state studiate dalla spettroscopia di fotoemissione (XPS) a raggi x, diffrazione di raggi x (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) e microscopia a forza atomica (AFM). I risultati hanno indicato una natura policristallina con alta cristallinit&agrave; e compatto nanostruttura per il film, e la concentrazione di vanadio valenza + 4 &egrave; 79.85%. Correlato con queste, un rapporto di modulazione di trasmissione gigante circa l&#39;81% del film &egrave; stato osservato dalla spettroscopia di terahertz tempo dominio. VO (2) las pel&#xED;culas se fabricaron en el sustrato de alta pureza de silicio cristalino &#xFA;nico por el m&#xE9;todo sol-gel, seguido por una r&#xE1;pida recocido. La composici&#xF3;n y la microestructura de las pel&#xED;culas fueron investigados por espectroscopia de rayos X (XPS), difracci&#xF3;n de rayos X (DRX), de emisi&#xF3;n de campo microscop&#xED;a electr&#xF3;nica de barrido (FE-SEM) y microscop&#xED;a de fuerza at&#xF3;mica (AFM). Los resultados indicaron una naturaleza policristalino con alta cristalinidad y nanoestructura compacto para las pel&#xED;culas, y la concentraci&#xF3;n de 4 valencia vanadio es 79,85%. Correlacionado con estos, una relaci&#xF3;n de transmisi&#xF3;n de modulaci&#xF3;n gigante alrededor del 81% de la pel&#xED;cula fue observada por espectroscopia terahercios dominio del tiempo. Las caracter&#xED;sticas de transmisi&#xF3;n observados experimentalmente fueron reproducidas aproximadamente, por una simulaci&#xF3;n en conductividades diferentes a trav&#xE9;s de la transici&#xF3;n de fase. De acuerdo con la teor&#xED;a efectiva-medio, se asumi&#xF3; que es importante para aumentar la concentraci&#xF3;n de +4 fases de &#xF3;xido de vanadio de valencia y mejorar la compacidad de los VO (2) para pel&#xED;culas gigantes propiedades de transici&#xF3;n de fase. Los sol-gel-derivados de VO (2) pel&#xED;culas con enormes propiedades de la fase de transici&#xF3;n en el rango de terahercios, y el estudio de su composici&#xF3;n y microestructura, arrojar considerable luz sobre la fabricaci&#xF3;n de VO (2) pel&#xED;culas para la aplicaci&#xF3;n en los dispositivos de modulaci&#xF3;n THz.

[Influence on microstructure of dental zirconia ceramics prepared by two-step sintering].

In this report, a facile and effective one-pot oxidation-assisted dealloying protocol has been developed to massively synthesize monolithic core-shell architectured nanoporous copper@cuprous oxide nanonetworks (C-S NPC@CuO NNs) by chemical dealloying of melt-spun Al 37 at.% Cu alloy in an oxygen-rich alkaline solution at room temperature, which possesses superior photocatalytic activity towards photodegradation of methyl orange (MO). The experimental results show that the as-prepared nanocomposite exhibits an open, bicontinuous interpenetrating ligament-pore structure with length scales of 20 ± 5 nm, in which the ligaments comprising Cu and CuO are typical of core-shell architecture with uniform shell thickness of ca. 3.5 nm. The photodegradation experiments of C-S NPC@CuO NNs show their superior photocatalytic activities for the MO degradation under visible light irradiation with degradation rate as high as 6.67 mg min g, which is a diffusion-controlled kinetic process in essence in light of the good linear correlation between photodegradation ratio and square root of irradiation time. The excellent photocatalytic activity can be ascribed to the synergistic effects between unique core-shell architecture and 3D nanoporous network with high specific surface area and fast mass transfer channel, indicating that the C-S NPC@CuO NNs will be a promising candidate for photocatalysts of MO degradation.

Micromorphology and atomic arrangement on ligament surface of nanoporous metals play a vital role in maintaining the structural stability, adjusting the reaction interface and endowing the functionality. Here we offer an instructive scientific understanding for temperature-induced surface reconstruction and interface structure evolution on ligament of nanoporous copper (NPC) based on systematically experimental observations and theoretical calculations. The results show that with dealloying temperature increasing, ligament surface micromorphology of NPC evolves from smooth to irregularity and to uniformly compressed semisphere, and finally to dispersed single-crystal nanoparticles accompanying with significant changes of interface structure from coherence to semi-coherence and to noncoherence. It can guide us to impart multifunctionality and enhanced reaction activity to porous materials just through surface self-modification of homogeneous atoms rather than external invasion of heteroatoms that may bring about unexpected ill effects, such as shortened operation life owing to poisoning.
